Our service tech, Justin, did an excellent job. He was personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable about our system. He loves technology and learning about new systems, which is very important with the complexity of today's HVAC systems.
As always, Philip S did a great job on our units. Out for an annual check, he spotted some issues, explained them thoroughly, did the repairs, and then showed us what he fixed. The excellent service I expect from Ellington with a personal touch!
