I recently called for a service repair, and the technician who arrived (Doc) took the time to address every concern I had. I listened to every one of my questions as my system was older, and while I knew it was experiencing problems, I wanted a skilled review. He provided answers without pressure and knowledge to help me decide what was the best long-term plan for my system. The system that was in my home when I purchased it was installed by Ellington by the previous owner. I've had other companies perform annuals a couple of times and was never happy with their service. I have always ended up going back to Ellington as I greatly value the respectability and professionalism they provide, along with the skills to repair and keep my home comfortable.

Ellington did a fantastic job on the installation! 5-star installation by a great team! Ryan did an excellent evaluation of what I had and needed and set me up with several proposals. Danny went even more in-depth with options, as he was very knowledgeable. Jonathon taught me about a secondary UV light to go up above the condenser coils to aid in the reduction of mold growth, and he and Tyler worked very hard to get the air handler into a tiny closet that didn’t fit in! Josh helped explain some things with the outside unit that were helpful! Great job by all! I would definitely go with them again.
