When you contact us for a free estimate, we will schedule a date and time to send a certified Ellington technician out to your home. Below is what you can expect during your in-home estimate!

We conduct
a brief, but important survey of just a few questions.

Then we conduct a thorough inspection of your system and how you use it in your home.

We also inspect
your ducting and insulation.

We will measure your windows, doors, and inspect your attic to perform a cooling load calculation to pinpoint your exact needs.

While we perform these steps, we have a few short videos you can watch that will explain a great deal.
